The room had a record player. It came with a couple of old LPs. I liked that the location was close to Kelvingrove Park.
The hot water supply was not very good. I could not fill the bath much. Some furniture was a bit shabby.

i found a lovely room with many amenities. the breakfast included a wide selection of pastries and teas. the staff was very helpful and courteous .
the towels in the room showed signs of wear. they seemed quite old, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

I found the staff helpful, they promptly assisted with all my needs. The decor was very stylish, with a record player and a selection of biscuits. The bed was comfortable (I slept like a baby!). The walkable location offered easy access to many restaurants and pubs.
The filter coffee at breakfast was somewhat standard, I prefer a more robust brew.

The room was equipped with many extras. It had a record player with various LPs, this offered a unique entertainment experience. The soundproofing was effective, despite proximity to the kitchen was good.

An extensive breakfast catered to everyone's wishes (I enjoyed the fresh fruit). The hotel is located a short distance from the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. The proximity to parks and pubs allowed me to easily enjoy the local area.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful, this contributed positively to my stay. When my husband dropped his wedding shirt in a puddle, the staff washed and dried it immediately. Their quick response made a difference.

The hotel is within walking distance to the city center. A quiet street allowed for restful nights. The proximity to the university offered convenient access to academic events and resources, this greatly helped my plans.

the towels we were given were stained. they were also frayed. the bed was lumpy. beddings were only adequate.
